Foundation-Laying Ceremony of Kerry (Wuxi) Logistics Center was grandly held in new Wuxi district on 3 November, which moment was witnessed by municipal government of Wuxi, more than 200 customers and our colleagues.

Managing Director, Mr Edwardo Erni gave a speech in the ceremony, he pointed out that: "As the core city in Yangtze River Delta, Wuxi has a transport network extending in all directions, a distinct regional advantage over others in developing modern logistics, so it has been the strategic key developing point of Kerry logistics. Upon the completion of the project, a comprehensive and modern logistics center integrating warehousing, transportation & distribution, international forwarder, project logistics and value-added service will make positive contributions to the industrial development of Wuxi and the surrounding areas ".

Covering an area of up to 26,000 sq.m, Wuxi logistics center is predicted to have a storage capacity of 10,000 tons of freight after the establishment in the fourth quarter, 2012, to become the first logistics center of South Jiangsu province that is dedicated to serving electronics and high-tech, automobile parts, details and medical supplies and health care industries.

Wuxi Logistics Centre, which is located in the Wangzhuang Industrial Park, New Wuxi District, adjoining 312 National Highway and facing against the Wuxi Export Processing Zone. The logistics center is favored by advantageous geographical position for its adjacent to Wuxi Airport as well as Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway which will help make an ideal place for the industry.
