In July, our company and Beijing Construction (Holdings) Limited, Beijing Lugang International Logistics Co., Ltd., Hutchison Port Beijing Co., Ltd. jointly invested 2 billion yuan to set up "Beijing Beijian Tongcheng International Logistics Co., Ltd." in Beijing, in which Beijing Construction will have a share of 32%, Beijing Lugang will have a share of 20%, Kerry Logistics will have a share of 24%, and Hutchison Port will have a share of 24%. Joint venture company will carry out business in the identity of operator in Majuqiao Port.

Future prospect: Majuqiao Port is an inland port designated by Beijing Municipal People's Government for Beijing's strategic development of inland ports.
