On May 12, 2010, we signed "equity transfer agreement" with related enterprises in Xiamen City, obtaining the use right of 80 mu (1 hectare = 15 mu) land in Canghai Export Processing Zone of Xiamen City by means of equity transfer, for the construction of Kerry Xiamen Logistics Centre.
Kerry Xiamen Logistics Centre is planned with the building area of 42,000 sq m, mainly providing the warehousing and value-added services. Keeping close to the strategic opportunity of "Haixi Economic Zone" from the national policy in China, we will do our utmost to bring powerful network of the Group in Mainland China and the advantageous resources of the associated enterprise--T-Join Transportation Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) into full play, for active development of logistics business across both sides of the Taiwan Straits.
