On 27 May 2009, “China-Korea Logistics Win-Win Cooperation Launch Ceremony” was launched at the Tianjin Free Trade Zone with special guests from Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), Embassy of the Republic of Korea, the People’s Government of Tianjin City, and Tianjin Customs District. The event celebrated successful logistics cooperation between China and Korea reaching new heights.

The celebration was hosted by KOTRA to motivate further interaction between enterprises from the neighboring countries. Korean enterprises will be put forward by KOTRA to seek and obtain mutually favorable relationships and cooperation with logistic firms in China. We have become partners with KOTRA thanks to an excellent performance record. The move is likely to motivate further cooperation and successful interaction between KEAS and Kerry Korea. During the celebration lunch, Edwardo Erni (Managing Director of KEAS) toasted the Korean guests on behalf of Chinese logistics enterprises and welcomed future investment in China. Edwardo Ernie also said he hoped for continued cooperation between China and Korea.
